Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including shipping address, contact information, and product selection, are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

Savoury Imports Limited is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund
  • We can reship the order once it is returned to our facility
  • Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment

We strongly recommend reviewing all shipping details carefully prior to completing your purchase.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Upon review, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, where appropriate.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided
  3. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, it is under the responsibility of the carrier. Savoury Imports Limited is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Delivery access issues
