When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Domestic orders: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for a refund
  • Reshipping is available once the order is returned to us
  • Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment

What happens if my package is undeliverable?

If a package is marked undeliverable by the carrier and returned to Savoury Imports Limited, we can reship the order once it is received back at our facility.

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund, and additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I return my order?

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Certain products, including perishable goods, final sale items, gift cards, and opened or used products, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Are shipping charges refundable?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to selected international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
