How do I join Savoury Rewards?
Create a free Savoury customer account and you will automatically be enrolled in the rewards program. New members receive 200 welcome Value Points after signing up.
How do I earn Value Points?
You can earn points by signing up, placing eligible orders, celebrating your birthday, following Savoury on Instagram and sharing Savoury on Facebook.
How many Value Points do I earn when shopping?
Members normally earn 5 Value Points for every $1 spent. From September 1 through September 30, 2026, members will earn 10 Value Points for every $1 spent as part of the September 2× Points Event.
How do I redeem my Value Points?
Sign in to your Savoury account and open the Savoury Rewards panel. Your available rewards will be displayed according to your current points balance. Select the reward you would like to redeem and follow the instructions shown.
How much are my Value Points worth?
The flexible order-discount option allows you to redeem 100 Value Points for $2 off. Other rewards have their own redemption values, as shown in the Ways to Redeem section.
What rewards are currently available?
Current rewards include complimentary shipping, a 10% off coupon, a flexible order discount, a $50 Savoury gift card, a 15% off coupon and a complimentary 80g minced black truffle product.
Where can I see my Value Points balance?
Sign in to your Savoury account and open the Savoury Rewards panel. Your current Value Points balance and available rewards will appear inside the panel.
Do Value Points have a cash value?
Value Points do not have a direct cash value and may only be exchanged for rewards offered through the Savoury Rewards program.
Do I need to be signed in before placing an order?
We recommend signing in before completing your purchase to ensure the order is properly connected to your Savoury Rewards account and your Value Points are awarded correctly.
How does the September 2× Points Event work?
Eligible purchases made from September 1 through September 30, 2026 earn 10 Value Points for every $1 spent instead of the standard 5 Value Points per $1. You must have a Savoury Rewards account to collect the promotional points.
